Dimitris heads our Litigation Team. He is highly regarded for his exceptional commercial and corporate litigation experience. Invited as a foreign legal scholar to Washington DC by the Federal Judicial Centre, his thesis specialised in Federal Constitutional Law, and since then his achievements in academia and teaching have moved from strength to strength. Lecturing regularly at several prestigious institutions, Dimitris, served for 11 years as the appointed Examiner for Contract and Commercial law for the Cyprus Bar Examination Board. He has also served as the Vice Chairman of the Board of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (2004 - 2010). Dimitris is also a professional membership- holder of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and sits regularly as an arbitrator for high profile commercial disputes. He is a barrister of Gray’s Inn (London). Dimitris is also an insolvency practitioner since 2016.
Doros is a regular speaker at international conferences in Cyprus and abroad on International Tax Planning and Corporate Law. He has extensive experience in company, tax and commercial law matters and he heads the corporate and commercial team.

Nicolas Th. Papaconstantinou
Nicolas heads our Real Estate Law Department. He is well recognised as an expert in real estate transactions and property disputes.
Nicolas is talented at negotiating contracts and closing real estate transactions, efficiently and effectively protecting his clients' rights and meeting their distinct goals for a particular transaction.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Nicolas achieved a BSc degree with honours in economics and politics at the University of Bath and attended postgraduate studies at the London School of Economics where he earned his master’s degree in science in real estate economics and finance. Nicolas is also a certified real estate valuer registered with the Scientific Technical Chamber of Cyprus (ETEK).
Antonis is a fully qualified member of the Cyprus bar since 2011, having graduated in law (LLB with honours) from the University of Derby in the United Kingdom in 2010. He is fluent in Greek and English.
Antonis specialises in corporate law and advises on both legal and commercial matters. He has advised clients in relation to various international transactions including restructuring, acquisitions and cross-border mergers and has participated in the legal implementation of such transactions.
He has experience in Banking and Corporate Finance law and protection of Intellectual Property, including the registration of trademarks in Cyprus, the European Union and other jurisdictions. He also has extensive experience in setting up Trusts and drafting commercial agreements.
Antonis also has extensive experience in matters pertaining to Cyprus Company law and corporate governance of Cyprus Companies. In 2015, Antonis has been invited to the Intermediate Meeting of the European Bars Federation (FBE) in Kraków and attended as a speaker in one the discussion panels regarding the combating of money laundering.
Furthermore he maintains close proximity to Information Technology matters and follows current trends in the IT industry. He is very conversant in a vast spectrum of matters relating to IT and has expertise in dealing with the legal aspects of related ventures and businesses.
Antonis became a partner of the firm in October 2016.
Charis (Harry) Papachristodoulou
Charis advises and engages in a wide range of non-contentious and contentious matters, with a strong emphasis on cross-border commercial litigation and civil fraud, specialising in commercial injunctions.
He focuses on delivering results quickly and efficiently through perceptive strategizing, by tactically deploying his know-how in injunctive relief, to avoid protracted, litigation.
Charis has taught at the tertiary education level and is a contributor to legal publications.
Chryso has extensive experience in Commercial and Family law litigation. She is currently mainly involved in litigation work.
Maria actively participates in various commercial and corporate law projects.
Kyriakos is currently involved in general litigation, in civil and commercial matters and specialises in banking dispute resolution and debt collection cases.
Dena practices in the real estate department of the firm. She focuses particularly on real estate matters, wills and succession.
Michalis actively participates in various commercial and corporate law projects.
Klitos is currently involved in general litigation, in civil and commercial matters.

Mr Ioannis Papadopoulos practiced Law in Famagusta and Nicosia from 1959 – 1965.
In 1965 he was elevated to the Bench as District Judge and in 1988 he became a Judge of the Supreme Court of Cyprus.
After retiring in 1998 he acted as legal consultant to various legal Firms in Cyprus and abroad. He also acted as Arbitrator in a large number of disputes. In 2000 he was appointed by the President of the Republic of Cyprus as Chairman of the Law Commission to investigate into the affairs of the Cyprus Stock Exchange. This assignment took four years to complete due to the complexity of the issues, the voluminous accounts and the huge numbers of people involved. During that period Mr Papadopoulos was heading a team of highly specialised experts like Accountants, Auditors, IT experts, Lawyers etc.
During his career as a Judge, Mr Papadopoulos tried and/or dealt with thousands of cases, both civil and criminal. In the High Court he also tried many cases in admiralty and administrative law.
In the Supreme Court he also acted as an Appeal Court Judge reviewing cases which came up on Appeal from the District Courts.
