- LAWYER for the Corporate and Commercial Law Department
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of legal experience in matters pertaining to corporate financing, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, drafting and negotiating commercial and corporate agreements (e.g. JVAs, SHAs, SPAs, Facility Agreements, Security Agreements etc), drafting legal opinions on corporate, commercial and contract law matters
- Qualified Lawyer member of the Cyprus Bar
- Fluent in English Language
- CORPORATE ADMINISTRATOR for the Corporate and Commercial Law Department
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Corporate Administrator,
- Undertaking responsibilities consisting of the following:
- incorporation of companies
- drafting of company formation documentation
- preparing and handling filings to the Registrar of Companies and having knowledge of the procedures at the Registrar of Companies
- updating the corporate registers of companies
- preparing minutes, resolutions, Powers of Attorney and related corporate documentation
- effecting transfers of shares, changes in the Board of Directors and related corporate matters
- AML/KYC and related regulatory compliance
- daily management and administration of a portfolio of companies
- Fluent in English Language
