• Financing Facility
  Advised a major European bank in connection to a $900 million loan facility.
• Restructuring of Asset Holding Group of Companies
  Acting as Cyprus counsel as part of a legal team advising major Russian Gas- Supply Company for a $3 billion restructuring project.
• Acquisition of Asset Holding Company
  Acted as Cyprus counsel as advisors of a Ukrainian company for the acquisition of a chain of fitness clubs in Ukraine held by a Cyprus holding company.
• Due Diligence
  Conducted due diligence reports for Cyprus companies in view of acquisition of 5 hotels in Germany.
• Sale of Business
  Represented one of the top West European Banks for the sale of its majority stake in its Cyprus subsidiary bank.
• Joint Venture
  Represented the minority shareholders in an Euro 100 million wind park project under construction in Cyprus.
• Banking and Finance
  Delivered several legal opinions to major European investment banks advising on a range of subjects including the granting of secured loans, hypothecation of assets and netting – off.
• Escrow Agents
  Advised the Buyer in a sale of a Cyprus company owning substantial immovable property in Limassol, Cyprus. Also acted as Escrow Agent for the parties involved.

  Advised in connection with the granting of a franchise of a major food restaurant/bar.

  Counsel for a Cyprus Company in a $64 million loan for the acquisition of immovable property in Athens and drafting of relevant Pledge Agreements.

  Cyprus counsel in numerous cross border mergers, acquisitions and re-organisations.
• Private International Collective Investment Schemes
  Acting as counsel for the establishment and operation of private funds with initial worth of Euro 80 million and Euro 20 million.

  Advised individuals on estate planning including setting-up International Trusts. Recently established a Euro 30 million asset value.
• Intellectual Property
  Counsel for several legal entities wishing to protect their intellectual property by the registration of trademarks in Cyprus, European Union and Worldwide.
• Immovable Property
  Represented the Purchasers for the purchase of a plot located in one of the most prime locations in Nicosia business centre for €18.250.000. This was recorded as the most expensive ever sale of a plot per square meter in Cyprus and generated local and international media coverage. Also counsel to European Union member state for the sale of part of its immovable property in Cyprus.

  Acting as counsel for the Cyprus subsidiary of one of the largest European tour operators.
